Pricing
Pay for what you use - one usage-based plan covering social accounts, ads, phone numbers, calls, SMS, and WhatsApp, with every feature included
Pay for what you use. One platform: social accounts, ads, phone numbers, calls, SMS, WhatsApp — every feature included, no plans, no seats, no sales calls at any scale.
Everything on this page is one usage-based plan billed to one card. Every rate is what the billing engine charges, and invoices are itemized down to the account, number, message, and API call.
Connected accounts
The primary meter. Pay only for the social accounts you connect; add or remove them at any time — billing prorates by the day.
| Connected accounts | Price per account / month |
|---|---|
| 1–2 | Free, forever — no credit card required |
| 3–10 | $6 each |
| 11–100 | $3 each |
| 101–2,000 | $1 each |
| 2,001+ | $1 each, no cap |
The pricing is graduated: each account is billed at its own tier band's rate, not one flat tier. So 20 connected accounts costs $6 × 8 + $3 × 10 = $78/month (the first 2 are free).
Every account — free or paid — includes everything: full API access, unlimited posts, all 14 platforms, Analytics, Inbox, and Ads. There are no profile limits, no post caps, no add-ons, and no per-feature pricing.
No enterprise wall. Past 2,000 accounts the rate simply stays at $1/account, self-service, on the same plan. Connect 10,000 accounts tomorrow and nothing changes except the invoice; you never need to talk to sales to scale.
Monthly cost calculator
Add a row for each change in your account count this month. Connections that come and go are normal — every row contributes its days to the monthly total.
The calculator uses the exact math the billing engine uses, including daily proration and the monthly free-tier credit. See How billing works for the mechanics.
X (Twitter) API usage
X operates a pay-per-call API. Its costs are passed through at exact rate, with zero markup, and apply only when you have an X account connected.
| X operation | Rate |
|---|---|
| Posts: Read (analytics, post lookups) | $0.005 per resource |
| Content: Create (publishing a tweet) | $0.015 per request |
| Content: Create with URL (tweet containing an http/https link) | $0.200 per request |
| DM: Read | $0.010 per resource |
| DM: Send | $0.015 per resource |
The full rate table is at docs.x.com/x-api/getting-started/pricing; Zernio's per-call price always equals X's published price. Set a monthly X spend cap from the dashboard to avoid surprise bills: at 80% you get a warning email, at 100% X analytics and inbox polling pause for the rest of the period.
Managed ads
Ads created or synced through the Ads API meter per active ad per month: first 500 free, then $0.01 per active ad per month. Only running or in-review ads count — paused, ended, and rejected ads never bill, and there is no percentage of ad spend. Full details: Ads pricing.
Phone numbers, calls, SMS & WhatsApp
Same plan, same card — a phone number is just another usage line. You provision a number, then turn on Calls, SMS, or WhatsApp on that same number and pay for what you use. Numbers bill per active day, prorated, and the price is always shown before you buy.
The headline rates — each links to the full per-country price list the billing engine charges from:
| Meter | Rate | Full price list |
|---|---|---|
| Phone number | $3 to $21 / month per number, by country and number type (US: $3) | All 54 countries |
| Calls | From $0.010/min (US, Canada), per minute by destination. Recording +$0.004/min, transcription +$0.03/min, both optional | Every destination |
| SMS | From $0.008/segment (US long code), per segment by destination | Rates & 10DLC fees |
| Number as above; messages in the 24h service window free; template delivery and outbound-call fees billed by Meta directly to your WABA | Meta's rates by country |
Three things worth knowing before you buy:
- Regulated countries need a one-time KYC before a number activates (1–3 business days); the rest are instant. Availability by country →
- US SMS requires 10DLC registration ($9 one-time + campaign fee from $4/month); one approved registration covers all your numbers. Other countries send with no registration.
- WhatsApp has two billers: Zernio bills the number and the carrier leg of calls; Meta bills template delivery and its per-minute call fee directly to your WhatsApp Business Account, with no Zernio markup. Who bills what →
How you're charged
- Your card is charged automatically as usage accrues. The first charge happens at a small fraud-protection threshold (starting at $10) that grows as you spend, so established customers see fewer, larger charges.
- Every invoice is itemized: you see exactly which accounts, phone numbers, messages, calls, and X API operations you're paying for.
- Connect or disconnect anything at any time. Everything prorates by the day.
The full mechanics (daily proration math, how graduated tiers compute, a worked example) live in How billing works.
Enterprise
Everything above is available the moment you sign up, from the dashboard or the API, with a card on file — no usage level requires a contract, a quote, or a conversation. For teams that want more than the standard terms, there's an optional enterprise track:
- Custom contracts: volume pricing and invoicing terms tailored to your scale.
- Dedicated Slack channel: a direct line to engineering, with real humans on call for incidents.
- Compliance package: SOC 2 Type II report and GDPR documentation via the trust portal.
- Single sign-on + SCIM: SAML and OIDC SSO with any identity provider (Okta, Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, and others), MFA enforced through your IdP, and SCIM provisioning for automatic on- and offboarding. Enabled per organization.
- Security controls: role-based access control, audit logs, and API access controls (key rotation, IP allowlisting).
Enterprise is never required to scale; the standard plan is fully self-service at any volume.
