# whatsapp.number.verification_required

A regulated number requires the end user to complete an identity check.

### Payload notes

`verificationUrl` is a one-time link to forward to the person whose ID is on file, for example for Australian mobile numbers. The order completes once they pass. The number stays `pending_regulatory`.

**Payload for `whatsapp.number.verification_required`:**

- **test** `boolean`: Always true when present: only a sample sent by POST /v1/webhooks/test with an event carries it. Real deliveries never do.
- **id** `string`: Stable webhook event ID: the dedupe key, also sent as the X-Zernio-Event-Id header and identical on every retry and redelivery. It identifies the event only, never an account or other resource.
- **profiles**: `WebhookProfiles` - See schema definition
- **event** `string`: No description - one of: whatsapp.number.verification_required
- **timestamp** `string` (date-time): UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
- **number** `object`:
  - **id** `string`: No description
  - **phoneNumber** `string`: No description
  - **country** `string`: No description
  - **profileId** `string`: No description
- **verificationUrl** `string`: No description
