# whatsapp.number.action_required

The regulator asked for more information on a placed number order; nothing was rejected.

### When it fires

The order stays pending, and the number stays `pending_regulatory`, until you provide the information. The status does not change.

### Payload notes

`reason` carries the regulator's request verbatim when available. `requirements` lists every requirement with the reviewer's current verdict; the `declined` ones are what to fix, keyed by `requirementId`. Verdicts describe the review at `reviewedAt`.

### How to resolve

Provide the missing details from the dashboard's phone-numbers page, or re-submit the fields through the remediation endpoint. The review resumes automatically.
