# support.run.failed

A support run failed or expired, and is not billed.

### Payload notes

`run.status` is `failed` and `run.answer` is `null`. `run.stopReason` is `expired` when the run never finished. `run.costUsd` is 0.




**Payload for `support.run.failed`:**

- **test** `boolean`: Always true when present: only a sample sent by POST /v1/webhooks/test with an event carries it. Real deliveries never do.
- **id** (required) `string`: Event id, the dedupe key.
- **event** (required) `string`: No description - one of: support.run.completed, support.run.failed
- **timestamp** (required) `string` (date-time): No description
