# support.run.completed

A support run finished with an answer, or handed the question to a person.

### Payload notes

`run.status` is `completed`, or `needs_human` when Ana handed the question to a person. `run.answer` holds the answer; `run.stopReason` says why it stopped (`answered` or `human_review`, among others).




**Payload for `support.run.completed`:**

- **test** `boolean`: Always true when present: only a sample sent by POST /v1/webhooks/test with an event carries it. Real deliveries never do.
- **id** (required) `string`: Event id, the dedupe key.
- **event** (required) `string`: No description - one of: support.run.completed, support.run.failed
- **timestamp** (required) `string` (date-time): No description
