# sms.registration.status_updated

An SMS registration changed status; `status` is the new one.

### Statuses

- `changes_requested`: answers needed.
- `requested`: submitted, resubmitted, or your answers are back in review.
- `pending`: with the carriers.
- `approved`: live, attach numbers.
- `rejected`: `reason` is the carriers' words.
- `deactivated`

### Rejections

A carrier rejection needs nothing from you. Zernio handles the fix and resends it, so the status returns to `pending`.




**Payload for `sms.registration.status_updated`:**

- **test** `boolean`: Always true when present: only a sample sent by POST /v1/webhooks/test with an event carries it. Real deliveries never do.
- **id** `string`: Stable webhook event ID: the dedupe key, also sent as the X-Zernio-Event-Id header and identical on every retry and redelivery. It identifies the event only, never an account or other resource.
- **profiles**: `WebhookProfiles` - See schema definition
- **event** `string`: No description - one of: sms.registration.status_updated
- **timestamp** `string` (date-time): UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
