# phone_number.stock_available

A country you watch has deliverable phone numbers again; fires once per watch.

### When it fires

Fired by the 6-hourly stock sweep, before you own a number in that country. The watch (`POST /v1/phone-numbers/stock-watches`) is then consumed.

### Payload notes

`stock.country` is the watched country. `stock.types[]` lists each number type in stock with its `availableCount` at sweep time. Numbers are first come, first served; buy with `POST /v1/phone-numbers/purchase`.

**Payload for `phone_number.stock_available`:**

- **id** (required) `string`: Stable webhook event ID: the dedupe key, also sent as the X-Zernio-Event-Id header and identical on every retry and redelivery. It identifies the event only, never an account or other resource.
- **test** `boolean`: Always true when present: only a sample sent by POST /v1/webhooks/test with an event carries it. Real deliveries never do.
- **event** (required) `string`: No description - one of: phone_number.stock_available
- **stock** (required) `object`:
  - **country** (required) `string`: ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 country code of the watched country.
  - **types** (required) `array[object]`: Number types deliverable at sweep time. Only types with stock are listed.
    - **numberType** (required) `string`: local, mobile, national or toll_free.
    - **availableCount** (required) `integer`: Deliverable numbers at sweep time; first come, first served.
  - **areaCode** `string`: Set when the watch named an area: the area code (NDC) that is back in stock.
  - **areaName** `string`: The name of that area, when known.
- **timestamp** (required) `string` (date-time): UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
