# branded_calling.number.status_updated

A number attached to a Branded Calling identity changed vetting status.

### When it fires

Only starts once the identity is `verified` and you attached numbers. A batch is vetted as a unit; each number reports its own status.

### Statuses

`submitted`, `in_review`, `verified` (calls from it show the identity), `unsuccessful` (refused; detach and re-add to retry), `suspended`, `expired`, `permanently_rejected` (can never be branded again).

**Payload for `branded_calling.number.status_updated`:**

- **test** `boolean`: Always true when present: only a sample sent by POST /v1/webhooks/test with an event carries it. Real deliveries never do.
- **id** `string`: Stable webhook event ID: the dedupe key, also sent as the X-Zernio-Event-Id header and identical on every retry and redelivery. It identifies the event only, never an account or other resource.
- **event** `string`: No description - one of: branded_calling.number.status_updated
- **timestamp** `string` (date-time): UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
- **identity** `object`:
  - **id** `string`: No description
  - **displayName** `string`: No description
- **number** `object`:
  - **phoneNumberId** `string`: No description
  - **phoneNumber** `string`: No description
  - **status** `string`: No description - one of: submitted, in_review, verified, unsuccessful, suspended, expired, permanently_rejected
- **reason** `string`: The carrier's rejection detail, when the number was refused.
