# review.deleted

Google Business Profile stopped returning a review, for example after its spam filter removed it.

### When it fires

Zernio detects it by polling, so it usually fires 6 to 12 hours after the review disappears. Only locations covered by a webhook subscribed to `review.deleted` or `review.restored` are checked.

### Restores

If the review comes back, `review.restored` fires, so a hidden then restored review produces `review.deleted` then `review.restored`. A `review.updated` can arrive for a deleted review; the next check restores it.

### Payload notes

`review.id` is the full review name, the same value `review.new` sent. It may arrive for a review id you never received `review.new` for, so ignore ids you do not know.

**Payload for `review.deleted`:**

- **id** (required) `string`: Stable webhook event ID: the dedupe key, also sent as the X-Zernio-Event-Id header and identical on every retry and redelivery. It identifies the event only, never an account or other resource.
- **profiles**: `WebhookProfiles` - See schema definition
- **test** `boolean`: Always true when present: only a sample sent by POST /v1/webhooks/test with an event carries it. Real deliveries never do.
- **event** (required) `string`: No description - one of: review.deleted
- **review** (required) `object`:
  - **id** (required) `string`: Full review name, matching review.id on the review.new event ("accounts/123/locations/456/reviews/789").
  - **platform** (required) `string`: No description - one of: googlebusiness
  - **rating** (required) `integer, null`: Star rating the reviewer gave. Null when it was never recorded.
  - **createdAt** (required) `string, null` (date-time): When the reviewer posted the review. Null when it was never recorded.
  - **lastSeenAt** (required) `string` (date-time): Last time Zernio saw Google return this review.
- **account** (required) `object`:
  - **id** (required) `string`: No description
  - **accountId** `string`: Account ID (same as id); canonical field for account filtering.
  - **platform** (required) `string`: No description
  - **username** (required) `string`: No description
- **timestamp** (required) `string` (date-time): UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
