# campaign_submission.flagged

A submission gained a fraud flag it did not carry before, at submission or on a later sync.

### Flags

Flags include `duplicate_post`, `view_spike`, `low_authenticity` and `x_read_cap` (the campaign's X read budget is spent). `submission.flags` lists every flag it carries. Zernio never rejects on its own; the decision is yours.




**Payload for `campaign_submission.flagged`:**

- **id** (required) `string`: Stable webhook event ID: the dedupe key, also sent as the X-Zernio-Event-Id header and identical on every retry and redelivery. It identifies the event only, never an account or other resource.

- **test** `boolean`: Always true when present: only a sample sent by POST /v1/webhooks/test with an event carries it. Real deliveries never do.
