# campaign_payout.settled

A payout to a participant was recorded.

### Payload notes

`payout.settlement` holds the amount and the reference. `recorded` is true when the money moved outside Zernio.




**Payload for `campaign_payout.settled`:**

- **id** (required) `string`: Stable webhook event ID: the dedupe key, also sent as the X-Zernio-Event-Id header and identical on every retry and redelivery. It identifies the event only, never an account or other resource.

- **test** `boolean`: Always true when present: only a sample sent by POST /v1/webhooks/test with an event carries it. Real deliveries never do.

    - **feeCents** `integer`: Treasury settlement only: the transfer fee, added on top of amountCents.
    - **totalCents** `integer`: Treasury settlement only: debited from your balance, amountCents plus feeCents.
  - **failure** `object`: Present on campaign_payout.failed only.
    - **transferId** (required) `string`: The Zernio transfer that did not go through.
    - **amountCents** (required) `integer`: The payout amount that did not reach the creator. It is returned to payable, minus any amount a rejection made while the payout was in flight claws back to the campaign budget; payableCents is the balance after both.
    - **reason** (required) `string`: returned: Stripe refused the transfer. stale: it could not be confirmed with Stripe within 24 hours. reversed: Stripe reversed it after it was sent; the settlement is undone. - one of: returned, stale, reversed
- **timestamp** (required) `string` (date-time): UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
