# commerce.order.refunded

A refund was issued on an order.

### Payload notes

`resource.id` is the order id, not the refund id. `resource.status` and `resource.platformStatus` are `null`. A `commerce.order.updated` usually follows for the same change.

**Payload for `commerce.order.refunded`:**

- **test** `boolean`: Always true when present: only a sample sent by POST /v1/webhooks/test with an event carries it. Real deliveries never do.
- **id** `string`: No description
- **event** `string`: No description - one of: commerce.order.created, commerce.order.updated, commerce.order.refunded
- **timestamp** `string` (date-time): UTC time at which Zernio generated this event (set once when the event payload is built, before delivery is queued). Retries and redeliveries keep the original value, so it reflects the event, not the delivery attempt.
- **profiles**: `WebhookProfiles` - See schema definition
- **store** `object`:
  - **accountId** `string`: Zernio SocialAccount id of the store.
  - **platform** `string`: No description - one of: shopify, woocommerce
  - **shopId** `string, null`: The platform id of the shop.
- **resource** `object`: Identifiers only, never buyer data: read the order with GET /v1/commerce/orders/{orderId}.
  - **type** `string`: No description - one of: order
  - **id** `string`: Platform-native order id.
  - **status**: Zernio order status at the time of the change. Null on commerce.order.refunded from Shopify, and on WooCommerce refunds.
    - `CommerceOrderStatus`
  - **platformStatus** `string, null`: Raw platform status, e.g. UNFULFILLED on Shopify or processing on WooCommerce.
