# ad_account.status_changed

An ad account Zernio already tracked became `active`, `restricted`, `disabled` or `closed`.

### When it fires

Fires when ad account discovery sees a tracked ad account change status, at most once per account per 24 hours. Covers Meta, Google, TikTok and X.

### Status values

`restricted` needs something settled first (unpaid Meta balance, risk review, TikTok limit or pending verification, X review). `disabled` means the platform disabled or rejected it; `closed` means closed or pending closure.

### Payload notes

`status.current` and `status.previous` use one vocabulary on every network. `status.raw` is the platform's own value, for example Meta's `account_status` code `2`.

### When it does not fire

An account seen for the first time, an account Zernio has not seen in the last 48 hours, or a platform status Zernio does not recognize.
