Remove a user from a tag

Removes a user's access to the tag, on platforms whose API allows it.

Meta answers 501: the Business SDK has no delete on the pixel's assigned users, DELETE /{pixel}/assigned_users answers "Unsupported delete request" (code 100, subcode 33) and re-assigning with no tasks is refused. Remove the user in Business Settings.

List tag users

People and system users of the owning business with access to the tag. Platforms without tag user assignment answer 501. Meta: the pixel's assigned users in its owning Business Manager. A pixel on a personal ad account has no business and returns an empty list. Needs the `business_management` permission on the connecting Meta user (an admin of the owning business); without it the call answers 403 asking to reconnect.
