What an iMessage sender costs, what is included and what your workspace needs before you order one

## What Zernio charges

| Item | Cost |
|---|---|
| Dedicated sender | $200 per sender per month, phone or email alike. Billed as a flat monthly price at activation and on the 1st of each month while the sender is active. Senders are dedicated numbers bought from our carrier partner at activation, so the first month, and any month already started, is non-refundable. Canceling takes the sender offline immediately and stops the next month. |
| Connected account | The sender's `imessage` account counts as a connected account like any other platform, billed per day. |
| Messages | No per-message fee. Each sender allows unlimited messages up to 1,000 unique contacts a day; conversations you start with new contacts have their own, lower [limits](/platforms/imessage/reference#limits). |

Included with every ordered number:

- SMS/RCS fallback with call forwarding
- the ability to message contacts who have not written first

To order or register a sender, you need a payment method on file (`402` otherwise). The workspace has to be on usage-based billing (`422` otherwise).
